The best way to contact a prospective ECA I would say is maybe mail out a ECA post card and then try to contact them by phone or in person.
If they seem interested on the phone then I would go in and meet them face to face and take the brochure and explain what TripleClicks is about and how you can help them get more business by having them join TripleClicks.
