A few common mistakes that anyone can make comes to mind:
1. Support your down line as much as possible but don't do the work for them, in other words, "work with the workers not for the workers".
2. Do not inundate them with too much information all at once, adequate help in little
dosses is more effective.
3. We are not all on the same level at SFI, so are the down lines. Sometimes it will be better to give individualised training or support. What is their weak area?
4. Don't ignore those that are doing well thinking they are just fine! Everyone needs recognition and attention. Looking back in hindsight now, I could have done certain things differently with some guidance when I started.
5. Teach by example. Let them see right from the start, the importance of duplication and the know-how of it.
6. Keep the communication line open, we are all busy people but please do not convey that to your down line. It will have a negative effect.
7. Go for quality not quantity and pass same down to them.
