Sit down with them in front of a PC for at least 20-30 minutes and show them how SFI/TC works. Then let them see the success you've had and explain exactly how duplication works... with your help. Tell them you will give an incentive bonus when the reach TL status. Make certain they know everything about E365, Daily Grand, Pricebenders, ECA, S-Builder, and Wave3.
