The Affiliate's first encounter with SFI is that there is so much to read and would need so much time and attention to be able to manage. This situation will seem to discourage the Affiliate. There is the need to start leading the affiliate by gently trying to explain issues in bits. In all try to encourage and motivate by describing the processes and the outcomes and the follow-ups, do that in bits and pieces. Infact my Sponsor did well by not trying to get me involved in all the processes at the same time. You need time, patience and encouragement. In my second month I almost gave up but for his encouragement and persistence.
