First, contact the reseller of these products out of your place where you live.
You can do so in person or by sharing the flyers that will write a detailed explanation of the ECA to TripleClicks store.
Of course, a good way is, and contact via e-mail, but take care not to overdo it. Somebody can mark your messages as spam.
