A good safe-list asks you to provide two e-mail addresses: list e-mail and contact e-mail.
List e-mail is for all free or premium (also called solo) emails sent by the safe-list users.
Contact e-mail is for administration purposes and for... contact solo e-mails
These are the most expensive but with close to 100% deliverability rate.
Since they go to the subscribers main e-mail address they get noticed easier, they are always clicked since the difference between free and contact-solo credits is enormous. Sometimes, good safe-lists have mechanisms that prevent opening another e-mail before the timer expires on the first one, and also they stop the timer each time you leave the tab with the e-mail. So you have the full viewing time, and it is often enough to convince the person to fill in the registration form.
