When you have a difficulty, go to any - or many - of your a2a friends with your questions or difficulties, ask if they have suggestions to resolve the issue. Sometimes you will get information/resolution faster than submitting support tickets due to their overwhelming flow of tickets.
No criticism of Support is implied, they do an AWESOME job of answering the HUGE numbers of tickets they handle, but sometimes you need your answer more quickly.
A2a can help build your business because they were all also beginners at one time, so they can empathize with your situation. In time, you will be able to pay their help forward by helping a future a2a friend.
