I think that because SFI is free, people become interested and the many ways to earn further interest them.
I however feel that one of the main reasons people will join under you or not has to do with how you come across to them. Whether it's in an email or in person, being confident and knowledgeable goes a long ways.
Also, people like to hear stories. Tell them about what made you join SFI and why you stayed. Let your personality shine through.
The more you learn, the better you will get at signing people up.
