It is always a great idea to congratulate any affiliate becoming an EA plus to give them positive self esteem that when they just achieved there EA they can achieve more in becoming a bronze Leader and if eager enough and determined to work hard like they did getting to EA , they can do anything, if you give up on a dream, the dream may never happen, work at a dream to make it become real in your life, work at it, and anything can be gained at any time of your life, does not have to take years but most it does, some people have achieved things sooner all depends on you, depends on you as a person just how much you want to succeed to gain it, hard work does pay off and reward in the long end.
