I buy one or two units of S-builder each month and use the Co-op manager to keep everything moving. It is very simple to use. You just designate the key code for S-Builder, add your qualified team members and it does the rest - giving out shares in order!
I award one share to any Affiliate - CSA or PSA - who earns more than 700vp in the month, and a second share when they earn EA status. Since you cannot reassign PSAs to a CSA, this gives you a chance to reward them, and help them build their teams. It helps your PSAs as well.
S-Builder is a good vehicle, because each share can generate PSAs for as long as four months, so if you buy a share each month, the cumulative effect is terrific! Adding it to your Standing Order gives you the best price. You can also use shares that you win in a PriceBenders Auction in your co-op!
