A safe list is a web based program where your message is sent to other members of that particular list. The term "safe" means there's no spam, because everyone on the list has agreed to receive each others message by email.
- You must agree to receive email messages from other members.
- You must have a working email with no bounces.
- You can only post one message per day. (free safe list)
- You must NOT send adult, hate, or offensive messages.
