First of all keep in your mind that the SFI business is your own business then you think about PSAs or CSAs, if you are work harder the PSAs and the CSAs automatically will follow your success, if some people they quit it doesn't mean that your business won't grow up.
If you are a hard worker the other people obvious they are going to follow you who are around you like your family, friends and others around them. So, my advice is follow your goal and make strong yourself, there are very few things to keep in your mind..
1. Be active everyday read more and more, in that case you can get another badge too.
2. Follow Daily Action to do List, Weekly Action, Monthly Action etc. etc.
3. look for Free Advertisers and also you put Ads on facebook, Twitter its free.
4. If possible buy your own Domain (Your own Web site) to paste the blogs and advertisement for fast and more responses .
5. Set your standing order every month to maintain your Rank with 1500 extra VP and get Tcredits and MRP for your future purchases.
6. Try to keep more TC (Tcredits) in your account any time you need to go for the pricebeder (Auctions) and Zebra time machine.
7. Follow the pay per action (SFIPPA).
