I would say it is possible, but I would not say it is hard to so, the program is team based and what you are presenting involves no team at all. I would rather look for more people to do this with you or at leat look for different (interested) people to do so.
Do not wait for non-workers... if some one is not interested, just say "NEXT!" and keep going and looking for those that read the instructions or at teh very least that show some interest of progress.
