First off to begin with, a succinct answer to your question would be two-folded.
One would be NO it is impossible to be successful in SFI when your Downline do not work, while the other would be YES it is verily possible to be successful in SFI even when your Downline do not or have stopped working .
But conspectus has to be dealt with so we understand what we are dealing with.
Downline consist of our PSAs, CSAs, generation etc.
SFI as a venture is built on bond; a tie that circulates among Affiliates; a family where one's input affects others therefore when one earns, another earns and likewise.
Duplication is a very imperative and powerful way of earning income in SFI. When we duplicate and our PSAs and CSAs do likewise, our income increases astronomically but everyone has a drive which propels one to act. Invariably, you can not compel your PSAs and CSAs to be active when they become sluggard and inactive.
Reaching out to them by sending a team mail is a good way to goad them but that shouldn't be done over and over again.
When they completely stop working or do not work, do not worry as the process has to start all over again. Duplication should be a continuous process and who knows, you just might get five PSAs who are serious as you are and the rest is history though.
In the incunabula of my answer to your question, I stated out by saying it's impossible to be successful when your PSAs and CSAs do not work or have stopped working and that is anchored on the idea of duplication. No doubt SFI is a family, but when some family members become inactive, letting them be is the right thing to do in lieu of bugging them with incessant team mail, etc.
From the aforesaid, it's obvious that if you place your priority on just one income earning method (Duplication), it would be impossible to be successful in SFI when your PSAs and CSAs do not work or stop working.
The second fold to the answer which dissents strongly with the first and which in my opinion has a better standing does not only focus on PSAs and CSAs.
The fulcrum is, SFI represents multiple income earning platforms and keeping your mind on that saves not just the day but saves one from worries of inactive PSAs and CSAs.
I'm sure you know that when you refer buyers to our TripleClicks store and they purchase a product, you get commissions? How about referring companies, persons, etc to set up an ECA store on SFI? You also get income from that!
There are many ways to increase our income and become successful in SFI apart from duplication and when we go out there to get people to purchase products and set up their own ECA store on TripleClicks, we become flippant and a little bit free like a kid let loosed in the proverbial candy shop that we don't get anxious about inactive PSAs and CSAs. That way we get to advertise massively offline and online to recruit Affiliates. When they have been recruited, you shouldn't forget to mentor them to duplicate your effort so that you can earn VP and commissions from their activities.
So PSAs and CSAs who do not work any more wouldn't be a problem, going out there and applying the rules of SFI on all platforms make the difference and do not forget also to buy several units S-Builder Co-op monthly to guarantee you quality sign ups.
Bottom-line, you shouldn't worry about PSAs and CSAs who do not work as you will be successful if you are actively involved in the other ways to earn on SFI. And I do not say you should not duplicate but when your PSAs and CSAs become inactive, do not worry about that as you would still be successful if you have the other parameters in place.
And do not forget to always duplicate as you can not give up. Be actively involved in all the ways to earn on SFI.
