I asked myself that question as well and I think it is. I think the key is not to loose your drive,
Keep on reminding yourself why you are doing this and what you want to achieve.
If you find an obstacle blocking your way - re-think your strategy and if you can't remove it - go over, around or through it. Inactive team members are just that - obstacles.
Do not give up on them - encourage and help - they might just surprise you and your most inactive member might become your biggest star.
Most of all I think we need patience - very few people start off earning big money but if you keep going success will follow
