In my opinion every affilate should find method which is the most effective for him.Some affilates are very successfull in online promoting.There are a lot of free online methods-safelists,traffic exchanges,social networks (like facebook,twitter ),youtube,free classifield ads,press releases etc.Splash and squeeze pages are very interesting for online promotion as well.
On the other hand there are free offline methods like flyers,One-on-one local recruiting,Warm marketing(friends, family, co-workers, etc.).There are no cost for us if we simply ask someone if he interested for business opportunity.WAVE3 Automotive Decal is also very interesting and unexpensive method for attracting and sponsoring.
