This is a great question and one I struggled with for some time. While it is very important to contact your PSAs (and CSAs) as soon as possible, not all of us are gifted with the ability to write a good message! This is where the tools SFI offers will come in to play, and allow us to duplicate ourselves.
When you receive notice of a new PSA, you will go to their Affiliate Profile. Here you'll see a pre-written letter to use, which says everything in such a way there are no questions. You can literally point and click. You can even modify this letter to customize it, giving the message some of your personality. Save it right there and use it time after time, all from the comfort of your SFI tool box!
If you need some more ideas, visit the Powertools tab on your home page and click on PSA or CSA mailer. Click on 'Need Ideas?' for more even more useful, pre-written information to send to your Affiliates.
