- Focus on your goal and your vision. Have them written up in front of you when you’re in front of your computer doing your SFI activities. This will help you a lot to stay positive and persistent.
- Take a topic in SFI tools and resources, learn and apply. You’ll need to engage your mind in order to grow in knowledge and achieve your SFI potential.
- Be consistent in your sponsoring. Set your plan to sponsor certain numbers of new affiliates depending on your budget. You’ll be thanking yourself for doing this, because you’re actively involved in the process of duplication.
- Communicate consistently and show your PSAs and CSAs that you’re fully committed to their success. Communication is a very important part of building close relationship within your team.
- Don’t forget to keep in contact with your PSAs and CSAs that have stopped working. Send them, encouraging messages and E-Cards from time to time. Who knows, you might win them back.
Successful people have a high willingness to learn and do whatever it takes to be on the path of success.
