The best way to be a Team Leader therefore,is that you should do the following:
a. Read all the training materials presented to you at the affiliate homepage center, assimilate and apply the knowledge gained to your business
b. With the knowledge gained, start sponsoring affiliates massively both offline and online whom you will eventually lead.
c. Mentor your affiliates you recruited to duplicate your effort
d. Try to have at least 5 Psas to attain EA2 to give you 100 VP each
e. Set up a standing order of 2000 VP monthly to maintain your executive rank and also to fulfill the sales VP requirement needed to for team leadership.
f. Do your Daily, Weekly, and Monthly to do list to earn 497-508 action VP, depending on the number of days in the month
g. With the above scenario, you now can have 3000-3900 VP needed for Bronze Team Leadership
h. You can then proceed from there on to other cadre of team leadership – STL, GTL, PTL - by increasing your action VP to 2000, 3000 and 4000 respectively.
Note you need to provide motivation, inspiration and support to you team before one can truly be termed a team leader.
