First of all, you should introduce yourself as his/her sponsor and explain what it means (that you'll be there to help them be successful in SFI).
Second, you should offer your PSA some advice, mostly about Fast Track, because they need to know about it as soon as possible!
At the end, you should provide some contact info and tell them to contact you for any doubts they might have.
The key is to be warm and friendly, but professional at the same time. This will make your PSA know you're a serious SFI affiliate who is at their service, but also their friend, so don't sound bossy! :)
