A team leader must know about the business he or she is a part of therefore he or she must take time out to educate self with all the information that is readily available at SFI.
A team leader must be enthusiastic so the members will be motivated.
A team leader must be positive so this attitude can inspire the members.
A team leader should be available to attend to the query of the members and provide guidance in a prompt manner.
