When you are considering the monthly VP you need minimum 1500 VP to keep your EA status. Then your PSA's and CSA's should work towards them to earn their VP to gain their EA status. Then you have to "Help" CSA's or PSA's who are not familiar with the center to teach the basic function. When thy know the function each individual 'PSA' or 'CSA's end of the month will achieve their Prime target. Then SFI staff also involve in 'PSA' & 'CSA' activities to keep our work load to minimum.
even if we have 1500 VP daily action points are necessary to develop understanding about the new features added & Old out dated information taken away. In these "DUPLICATION" process important to build the 'CONCEPTUAL' understanding with each other. the Yes, regularly sponsoring new affiliates is very important, but it should not be completely of what you guide them to do. At least Half of your time and effort should be spent teaching with those who you've already sponsored, Helping them how to do what you do" process is important to stay in this contest I would say.
