Your question made me think about this and I think it has nothing to do with your age - if you are 50+ and happy with the state of your finances nothing will convince you to spend time on a business you do not really need (unfortunately there are very few people that has that luxury).
Anybody of any age can benefit from SFI - if you want to improve your finances and the quality of the life you are living - give it a go, you've got nothing to loose and much to gain from it.
So, I would say - forget about your age - the question should be - Do you want to make money?
