You have asked what is the best way to become a Team Leader. This answer is probably not exactly what you were expecting, but here goes!
The best way to become a Team Leader is:
1. Lead by example: Set up Standing Orders so you automatically become an EA each month; visit the Affiliate Center DAILY and do every task possible to earn VersaPoints (VP); market SFI and TripleClicks aggressively; communicate with your team members regularly.
2. Recruit (and train) Leaders! Remember, as an EA2 or Team Leader yourself, you earn 100 VP per month for each Personally Sponsored Affiliate who achieves and maintains EA2 status. Train up just 10 EA2s and you've got 1,000 Action VP a month right there!
So ... if you earn 2,000 Sales VP per month and 1,000 Action VP a month, that makes you a Bronze Team Leader. Then you can work towards Silver!
That's the best way to become a Team Leader: First, maximize your Sales VP; and second, recruit leaders who become EA2s so you can easily earn the Action VP you need.
