In first month received VP-s (I have joined at the end of month) I transferred to the next month. Then I looked to stay above green line, doing just that much actions. Of course, advertising to get team members was also important. And I reached EA status. Then comes the second whole month. I set up a SO of 125 TC-s, which assure me to maintain EA. My team was growing, but I don't have EA2 team members yet. At least, five days before month ends, one of my PSA-s became EA2 and because of VP matching, I reached BTL status. That was 56 day from register in SFI. If I had just one more EA2 member, I could reach STL. But I am sure, that I will reach it next month.
I learn my team members to do what I do (duplication), and then all of then will became successful team leaders very soon.
