sometimes a greater capacity to absorb new material and learn.
Age and maturity give you more experience and wisdom to approach

I would be sure to share these thoughts on someone over 50.

Most importantly, I would guarantee my personal support.
And be available at any time to learn, implement and build their own SFI business.
