Age was not really important!
It is true that younger people can quickly understand the program, but from personal experience I know, the older it also can.
I started SFI when I was 59 years old, two years ago, so now I have 61 years.
Now I'm learning again and it means a lot to me. I use my free time to work with my members, I am constantly in contact with people, I'm not alone!
I meet a lot of new people from all over the world, many good people. So I see that we are all alike, we all have similar problems and desires.
Elderly have a strong reason to become members of the SFI: they have life experience, they will get a new acquaintance will not be lonely, they can maintain mental health.
I hope I gave enough reason for joining the elderly in SFI.
