You will get lots of answers telling you about how you can work your team to make money. Whilst this is the ultimate aim of us all I don't believe this answer the fundemental question of becoming a "Team Leader"
Obviously to become a Team Leader you need to have a team.
Leadership though is not about working your team for your benefit. It's about providing support and education to benefit them. Only if your team becomes successful will you see any success.
Make your journey with SFI about helping other people not just yourself.
Communicate regularly, keep tabs on what your movers are up to, learn about your team members, be there for them 24/7. Make these people your friends and they will follow you to the end of the earth.
