The best way is create a GOOD AND STRONG team, means to find a successful and active PSAs that will work HARD WITH YOU every month and completed at least 100 VP, and if they become more than EAs you wil get a lot more VP, so neither one month you will not worry about your status, you achieve BTL every month because of THEM , with daily and monthly tasks and active team you're team leader without any effort.
