I am BTL since last two months and realize that keeping Team leader status you have to do the following :-

1. Earn maximum points everyday.
2. Attend pricebenders and earn 500 points in a month.
3. Keep an SO for at least 1500 points. Better to keep 125 TC as SO, which can be utlized for pricebenders and get more MRP and redeem the same for Tcredits and secure more points.
4. Attend Zebra contest every day to get points.
5. Try to download music to get points.

I think it is enough for getting Team leaders every month.
