For a start, ensure that you have a Standing Order of at least 1,500 VersaPoints and you therefore have to collect the VPs balance to qualify for your Team Leader level each month with Action VersaPoints because a true Team Leader is grateful to his team, is a worker and leads by a good example. He keeps a good contact with his or her PSAs and helps them to become Executive Affiliate each month.
