First thing you need to do is sponsor some team members :-)

Without team members you cannot be a team leader. Yes, you can achieve Bronze Team Leader or above but there really is no point unless you have some PSAs to lead and support. You will gain no additional revenue worth talking about and you will be investing your funds just for 'status'.

So get out there and find your diamonds amongst the coal and you can be a team leader every month. You will also gain the satisfaction of knowing you are helping others and earning commissions for doing so.
