I think that the best thing you could do is to show how many people that are over 50 are successful in this job. You can show their pictures, statements, explain that they can practically work how much and when they want. Tell them that they can meet a lot of people who are the same age as them and make friends, share experiences etc. You can tell them that this is more about hanging out with other people than a job or something like that.
