A Team Leader, by definition, is one who leads a team. One who leads by example, by providing guidance, by providing the right direction, by motivating his/her team members, by making them realize & achieve their true potential, by constantly challenging them to expand their horizons.
Hence, the best way to become a Team Leader with SFI is :
1. Ability to sponsor & have a down line of at least 4 PSA's(the numbers should keep on increasing gradually)
2. Providing exemplary guidance & advise to these PSA's in turn to become EA's, EA2's & above
3. Helping them conquer their fears, doubts
4. Leading by example. Set up a Standing Order yourself. Enroll in Wave 3. Be Active in SFI Forum. Be willing to share their own experience at Ask SC by answering meaningfully. Participating in S-Builder co-op.
5. Once you lead by example, your down line will be motivated to follow your path & duplicate the same.
6. Eventually you receiving enough action VP's basis your own PSA's becoming EA2's, BTL's & above
A true SFI Team Leader is one who became one on the strength of his/her PSA's duplication strategies. The Action points gained through their efforts.
