First of all you have to realize that not many of your family members or friends will be interested in working. That is because they don't have enough time, they don't believe this job is paid at all and many other reasons and excuses. But in case you are lucky this is what you should do:
You could explain them what is what you do in couple of sentences and don't take much of their time. Just basic stuff and tell them how people are very successful in this job and show their pictures or you tell how successful you are. Tell them what you like most in this business and tell that there is room for unlimited earnings but don't mention how much you earn. You can basically tell them how relaxed this job is. You don't have to get up early, you can earn money even when you are on vocation, you don;t have to go to the office or to work and many other privileges this job offers.
