The best way is I would say to make your team of PSA-s as big as possible. That way you will really feel like a team leader. You will lead them and teach them to do the same for their PSA-s as you do for yours. That will bring you respect, rank and of course money.
There is also another way to become Team Leader and that is to spend your money on buying all kind of things just to get points and become BTL, STL. GTL or PTL. This is just another way but I don't recommend it because that is not a way that this business is done.
