Offer your assistance and tell a little about yourself. Primarily, take interest in your PSA. Learn about them. Find out what their ambitions are and connect with them on that level.
Always remember how you felt when you first joined - LOST! You don't need a million things to do. You just really want to be assure that this is right for you. So a simple message is the best approach. For example,
