In my opinion,to become a Team Leader,we don't have to invent any new ways.The best way is to follow advices,tips and rules that are already written and accessible here.This business is worked out to the smallest details.
Of course,that means a lot of reading and learning.You should do that during your first month with SFI.It's not that difficult to collect enough VersaPoints and become a Team Leader really quick.But, can we maintaine that status if we actually don't have a team?!
The best way to become a Team Leader is to find at least 5 PSAs (at the beginning try with your friends and relatives) and teach them to do all that you're doing(duplication).
Also,set up a Standing Order to maintain your EA status every month.That will help you to have more time to work with your PSAs and to lead by example,too.
The answer to your question,in short would be: build yourself a strong team as soon as possible.If you're all working together you'll achieve more.That's team work.And you will become a Team Leader in no time.
