I always write my answers short and simply,so i'll do the same this time either.
The most important for me is that my CSA-s feels that i'm friendly and that i am here to help and support them.
I always write a message like i'm writing to a friend,with my own words...
For me the most important is that you show them that they are a important part of your team...just like a family!!!!
