I always send them a E-Card and give them a good warm welcome to my team, I let them know that I am their sponsor and that I am the type of sponsor that will be here for them to turn to for any kind of help. I then say that all you need to do right now is to train yourself to login daily and READ! They should do their Launch pads and if they have questions they can let me know so I can lead them the way they should Lead their team. They are to do their To Do List everyday,so they can get not only their Versa points but actions too. This is their only concerns right now, As they progress in the SFI Basics and their Launch pads, they will be able to move on at their own pace.
