You are already successful!! You are an EA2! Your success can further be enhanced by meeting your goals. Set your goals and work on one at a time. Put them where you can see them, learn from those before you and expand your own knowledge. So your goal is to build a team! Great! Break that into smaller parts by making it a goal to recruit one or two affiliates! To achieve this you have to do something everyday. Each daily action will be a step toward your success.
Anyone who joins SFI starts at the same position 0 VP. It's up to that individual whether to say or give up. Every affiliate has approximately 3000 VP available through training. Your objective is to help them the best way you can to accept these reward points by simply logging in. In the initial stages, it may take some time to convince them but that depends on the tactic you use.
Learning the system is a matter of choice, desire and commitment. SFI will reward each affiliate for that action. No one is forced to commit and no payment is necessary. Once they have completed the first month, you now take them to the second month. Remember, the idea is to convince them to stay just as you were taught.
One strategy I use is to recruit at least 2 persons each month. Then each month you will be able to accumulate 200 action points them. Encourage them to open their own store and upload an image, that’s another 200 points. Encourage them to sign up two persons, and repeat all those actions. You can now set up a contest where you can award them for staying the course. Give Gift Certificate so that they can join Wave 3 and gain additional TCredits and MRPs.
Once they begin completing reviews and appreciating the use of the TCredits and the many competitions available, they will be hooked! This has been my experience and I encourage you to try it. Concentrate on assisting one or two persons at a time. Become their friend and help them to build confidence in SFI.
Be consistent in completing your daily tasks and be a good sponsor/co-sponsor. Put all your effort into these actions and you will always have something to build on.
