All payments methods are good if you receive payments on paypal you will charged an amount on withdrawal but you can use and transfer it to any bnk account linked with paypal. You can also transfer from paypal to payoneer if payoneer is linked with paypal. but payoneer have additional charges linke on balance check and atm withdrawl etc plus annual charges but paypal and other methods dont have search charged.
