From your Question I gather that you are the more doubtful than the people you are working with.
Whatever the mind DOES (can, will) conceive and BELIEVE will come to pass.
If you believe, as you obviously do, that your affiliates and customers are rubbish you will get more like people.
Be grateful for the successful ones and see what happens.
Let go of the idea that you will not be rich, you already are far richer than most.
You obviously want to change, so change.
If the little voice starts proving me wrong, then ask it why do you need to be asking the question if you are correct in your present thinking?
