There are so many ways to determine whether or not a business person is efficient and reliable, and in the case of SFI, you can get this information by doing business with them or by the ratings they got from those who have had dealings with them before.
I used quite a number of LocalPay Merchants before I settled for one among the lot whom I have used for a while now and have recommended him to my downline and PRM's, my decision was based on the followings:
a) Service Charge Rate: There is a percentage charge for the service and the percentage charged varies between members, so in making this decision and compared charge rates and settled for the Local Merchant whose rates are the cheapest;
b) Response Time: In this business I consider time management a great virtue, and I will base my judgement and selection criteria on how long it took for my order to be acknowledged and payment details received.
c) Order Fulfillment Time: I had an experience of having to follow up by telephone in for a whole day trying to determine where and when to expect my order before I finally get a response form the Merchant, and that was the last time i click their site. It is very important for merchants to understand that the more time we waste in order fulfillment, the more inefficient we become. To me any LocalPay Merchant with lack of respect for time will not have my patronage.
