I believe SFI is fair to everyone. It is gender fair as it is for both men and women. It is culture fair as it is for anyone across the globe. It is for everyone who has dreams to succeed with opportunities for growth in income and in life. But it all depends on you.
I can see that the monthly resetting of VP is one way of playing fair. Every month, all of us are in the same page. We are all affiliates with 0VP in our scoreboards. And it is up to us how we climb up to the status that we want to be in.
It depends on the decision we choose to be in. The commitment we want to give. We all had the same training kits and learning resources. We all have the same beginnings here. All the opportunities if for everyone. But with all the common things that we have, it depends on you how you choose to succeed.
