It Depends on the persons situation some affiliates are slower then others the best option for them would be to let their commissions accumulate for a while until they become Bronze Team Leader for at least 2/3 months then make up their mind as to what they like to do in the options available to them,like if they have a steady job they will be able to get the (Payoneer Master Card). So being myself I plan to let my commissions accumulate until I am ready to make up my mind witch option to take that is just right for me and my circumstances. I may chose pay pal for a while then switch to the
(Payoneer Master Card)if I can, when I become Gold or Silver Team Leader and am able to stay at those levels I think is the safest way to go. :-)
