The best ideas I can present are to keep doing as you do - weekly team mails, e-cards now and then, stream posts, make sure leadership page current, go read replies at the Forum, and ADVERTISE.
At both the Forum and AskSC you can search for posts/questions that are similar to your situation, read all the replies. It can be amazing how many really GOOD ideas can come from an hour or two spent reading!
You can learn about setting up a website; adding a banner to a site; advertising suggestions as to places & wording; sites to go for best results in advertising...
All manner of info is available just for looking!
And don't forget your Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, other UpLine members, and ALL the members of a2a, MANY of whom have been where you are!
Whatever you decide to do, DON'T give up!!! I saw a post in the Forum not too long ago from an Affiliate to the effect that he had been an INactive member of a team for many years, decided to look again one day, and now he's a strong Team Leader! That is why you don't give up on your sleepers, one day they might make you royalty!! :D
