I've been trying to do this since I joined SFI six months ago. I regularly send team mails to all my team and those that show in my 'movers' tab I communicate using the new E-cards. Unfortunately, none of them have yet achieved EA status and only a handful appear to be active. Encouraging them all to log in every day doesn't have any success either. I often wonder what there personal circumstances are and if they have only sporadic access to the internet but without knowing anything about them I can't help further. If only they would send me an email or team mail!
To sum up; I'm not sure that inactive affilates can be persuaded to become active, but while you're communcating with your active downline members you might as well contact the others as well - you can do it by pressing just one button!
