There is no doubt that it would help non-English speaking members to have separate forums and web seminars.

My answer to this issue is:
Why doesn't SFI have a translation feature on the site? This is an international company. I believe that it is wrong to assume that all members are English speaking. Even though people may speak English they cannot necessarily read English and visa-versa.

If SFI had a translation feature then like countrymen could easily communicate with their own and all of SFI.
