I think assisting to new ECAs, who is new to our business is good idea and it will be benefited more to you on your commission, but you have to advice him to do the following :-
1. List out such products which can be provided with low cost and also high versa points.
2. Provide local payment facilities with local rates.
3. Try to increase volume of the business.
4. Provide proper customer care.
5. Avoid shipping charges.
6. Take proper action to get good reviews on the products.
I think if you concentrate on the above, your ECA will get a lot of demands for his/her products and it will increase in your commissions too.
